Welcome to VA Clean Pros. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
VA Clean Pros provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
• Standard Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
• Recurring Cleaning Services
• Office Cleaning
• Add-On Cleaning Services
Service details and pricing may vary depending on the size and condition of the property.
2. Booking & Payments
• Full payment, deposit, or pre-authorization may be required prior to service.
• Payments can be made through approved payment methods provided by VA Clean Pros.
• Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of service.
• Prices are subject to change if the condition of the property differs from the original booking description.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Lockouts or inability to access the property upon arrival may result in a lockout fee.
4. Condition of Property
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing access to running water and electricity.
• Securing pets during the cleaning appointment.
• Removing valuables and fragile items from areas being cleaned.
VA Clean Pros is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Improper installation of fixtures or furniture
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by unstable or unsecured items
5. Heavy Build-Up & Extra Time
Our quoted prices are based on the information provided during booking. If the property requires additional time due to:
• Heavy dirt build-up
• Excessive clutter
• Biohazards
• Excessive pet hair
• Unapproved additional areas
Additional charges may apply. The client will be informed before additional work is completed whenever possible.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If there are areas missed during the cleaning, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to return and address the issue.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Recurring Services
Recurring clients agree to scheduled recurring appointments unless canceled in advance. Pricing for recurring services may change if:
The condition of the property changes significantly:
• Service frequency changes
• Additional services are requested
8. Safety Policy
For the safety of our staff:
• Cleaners are not required to lift heavy items.
• We do not clean biohazards, mold, pest infestations, or hazardous materials unless previously agreed upon.
• Aggressive or inappropriate behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of service.
9. Arrival Window
While we strive to arrive on time, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior appointments. Clients will be notified of major delays whenever possible.
10. Website & Communication Consent
By submitting your information through our website, forms, or communication channels, you consent to receive:
• Appointment reminders
• Service updates
• Promotional emails and text messages
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or unsubscribing from emails.
11. Limitation of Liability
VA Clean Pros’ liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the cleaning service provided.
12. Changes to Terms
VA Clean Pros reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
